CREW & CO – SUPERYACHT CREW RECRUITMENT STEWARDESS Yacht: 100m+ Motor Yacht Programme: Private | Dual Season Contract: 3:1 Rotation Start Date: 1st–10th October Salary: €DOE Additional Benefits: Generous Training Allowance & Loyalty Bonuses Location: Europe POSITION OVERVIEW: Crew & Co are seeking an experienced, outgoing Stewardess to join an exceptional 100m+ private motor yacht within a highly regarded fleet. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional programme with a welcoming, inclusive crew and strong longevity onboard, particularly amongst the Heads of Department. The Chief Stewardess has been with the fleet for over five years, offering a lovely example of career development within the fleet. You will rotate between service and housekeeping, assisting in laundry when required. The interior team works collaboratively, with everyone happy to get involved and support one another. They are looking for someone bubbly, personable and enthusiastic, who takes pride in their work and brings positive energy to daily life onboard. The yacht operates a busy dual-season programme and is currently in Spain ahead of a crossing to the Caribbean, with time planned in St Barths and potentially Puerto Rico. The crew enjoys an active lifestyle, with running, fitness and yoga popular amongst the interior team. With a generous training allowance, rotational leave and an established leadership team, this would suit a stewardess looking to settle into a supportive programme and continue building her career.
