CREW & CO – SUPERYACHT CREW RECRUITMENT HOUSEKEEPING STEWARDESS YACHT: 80m+ Motor Yacht PROGRAMME: Private | Worldwide Cruising SALARY: DOE LEAVE: 90 Days | Following a 3:1 Rotation Pattern START DATE: ASAP CURRENT LOCATION: Europe POSITION OVERVIEW: Crew & Co are seeking a professional and motivated Housekeeping Stewardess to join the interior team onboard an 80m private motor yacht. The position will initially begin on a temporary basis through to the end of October, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent rotational position from early December following a successful trial. This is a fantastic opportunity for a more junior Stewardess with previous superyacht housekeeping experience to join a professional interior team, develop their skills and establish themselves within a long-term private programme. The role will primarily focus on housekeeping and will not routinely rotate into service. IDEAL CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will already have some superyacht housekeeping experience and a good understanding of the standards expected within a professional interior department. You will be hardworking, positive and detail-oriented, taking genuine pride in maintaining guest and crew areas to an exceptional standard. A strong team mentality is important, alongside the flexibility to support the wider interior department during quieter periods. This would particularly suit someone looking to further develop their housekeeping experience within a supportive and established programme.
