Operator

BoatJobBoard is operated by Here2Fish, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”). These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Acceptance of terms

By using BoatJobBoard you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Use of the platform

BoatJobBoard provides a job board for the marine industry. You may use the platform to post jobs, apply to jobs, and connect with candidates or employers. You agree not to post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.

Employer accounts

Employer accounts require approval before job listings are made public. We reserve the right to decline or remove listings that do not meet our community standards.

API and MCP access

API keys grant programmatic access to your account. You are responsible for keeping your keys secure. Do not share keys or use them in ways that violate these terms. We may revoke access at any time for abuse or policy violations.

Employer reviews and user content

BoatJobBoard allows registered users with verified email addresses to submit ratings and written reviews about employers (“Employer Reviews”). By submitting an Employer Review, you represent that it reflects your genuine experience, that you agree to these Terms, and that you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your review on the platform.

Employer Reviews are opinions of individual users, not statements of fact by BoatJobBoard. We do not verify employment history, endorse review content, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fairness of any review or aggregate rating. Employers and other readers should evaluate reviews critically.

You may not post content that is false, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, confidential, infringing, or otherwise unlawful. You are solely responsible for your Employer Reviews. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Here2Fish, LLC is not liable for any claim arising from user-submitted reviews or ratings, including negative feedback about an employer or its leadership.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, edit, remove, or decline to publish any Employer Review at our discretion, including content we believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or our community standards. Removal or moderation of a review does not mean we admit fault or agree that the content was unlawful.

Aggregate scores and rankings are derived from published reviews and may require a minimum number of submissions before appearing publicly. Rankings are informational only and are not endorsements of any employer.

Limitation of liability

BoatJobBoard is provided as-is. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from connections made through the platform, including hiring decisions or employment outcomes.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
