CREW & CO – SUPERYACHT CREW RECRUITMENT DECKHAND / DIVE MASTER YACHT: 80m+ Motor Yacht PROGRAMME: Private | Dual Season SALARY: DOE LEAVE: 3:1 Rotation START DATE: 1st October CURRENT LOCATION: Europe POSITION OVERVIEW: Crew & Co are seeking an experienced Deckhand / Dive Master to join an 80m private motor yacht operating a dual-season programme. This position would suit someone who is a strong and capable deckhand first and foremost with the qualifications and confidence to take responsibility for diving operations when required. The yacht offers a professional and positive working environment with a strong emphasis on longevity, integrity and maintaining a good onboard dynamic. IDEAL CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two seasons experience working on deck aboard similar-sized yachts and be a qualified Dive Master. You will be professional, hardworking and positive with a genuine team mentality and a willingness to get involved across all aspects of the deck department. Personality and character are particularly important for this position, with the yacht looking for someone grounded, respectful and without ego.
