CREW & CO – SUPERYACHT CREW RECRUITMENT LAUNDRY MASTER YACHT: 80m+ Motor Yacht PROGRAMME: Private | Worldwide Cruising SALARY: DOE LEAVE: 90 Days | Following a 3:1 Rotation Pattern START DATE: Beginning of October CURRENT LOCATION: Europe POSITION OVERVIEW: Crew & Co are seeking an experienced and highly capable Laundry Master to join the interior team onboard an 80m private motor yacht. This is an excellent opportunity to join a newly launched vessel with a professional interior team, a positive crew environment and a worldwide cruising programme. You will take sole responsibility for the laundry department, managing both guest and crew laundry to an exceptionally high standard. Particular attention will be required when handling delicate and luxury garments, alongside confident knowledge of advanced stain treatment and fabric care. During quieter periods, you will also support the wider interior department as required. IDEAL CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience within a dedicated superyacht laundry position, ideally demonstrating good longevity within a previous programme. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented and confident working independently, with excellent technical knowledge of laundry processes, garment care and stain removal. The yacht is looking for someone professional, adaptable and team-focused who takes genuine pride in maintaining consistently high standards. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a superyacht laundry role Previous longevity onboard advantageous Strong technical knowledge of laundry and advanced stain treatment Confident handling delicate, luxury and high-end fabrics Experience operating and maintaining laundry equipment, including a roller iron Valid B1/B2 US visa essential EU citizenship preferred but not essential Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements Comfortable undertaking extended passages Professional, organised and able to work independently Strong team mentality and willingness to assist across the interior when required APPLY: If you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please apply with your most recent CV.
