CREW & CO – SUPERYACHT CREW RECRUITMENT ALL-ROUND STEWARDESS Yacht: 70m+ Motor Yacht Programme: Private Contract: Permanent | 42 Days Leave Start Date: ASAP Salary: €DOE Location: Europe POSITION OVERVIEW: Crew & Co are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Stewardess to join a beautiful 70m+ private motor yacht currently based in Europe. This would be a lovely opportunity for someone with one solid season of experience who is looking to continue working over winter, develop their skills and build longevity within a welcoming, supportive programme. You will work across all areas, learning from an excellent British Chief Stewardess who is keen to help you grow in confidence. With the yacht currently in a quieter period, there is time to learn routines, ask questions and develop your skills without the immediate pressure of a busy guest programme. Crew culture is a real priority onboard. You’ll be joining a predominantly native English-speaking crew and a fantastic Captain, with a team that enjoys spending time together outside work. From crew BBQs and social evenings to swimming after work and exploring the local area, there is a lovely sense of community onboard. The crew is currently working Monday to Friday with weekends off, offering a good balance between work and downtime during this quieter period. Working hours will adapt as the owners’ plans develop and guest operations resume. REQUIREMENTS: At least one solid season of onboard stewardess experience A practical foundation in housekeeping, laundry Valid STCW, ENG1 and passport Fluent English Available to join ASAP / within the next week Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements Small discreet tattoos IDEAL CANDIDATE: Friendly, positive and easy to get along with Keen to learn and receptive to guidance Happy rotating through all areas of the interior Proactive and motivated during quieter periods Takes pride in keeping the yacht organised and well presented Enjoys being part of a sociable, supportive crew Looking to settle into a programme and build longevity APPLY: If you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please apply with your most recent CV.
