CREW & CO – SUPERYACHT CREW RECRUITMENT SPA STEWARDESS YACHT: 55m Motor Yacht PROGRAMME: Private / Charter | Dual Season SALARY: DOE LEAVE: 60 Days START DATE: September/October CURRENT LOCATION: Italy POSITION OVERVIEW: Crew & Co are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Spa Stewardess to join a 55m private/charter motor yacht operating a dual-season programme. Working as part of a well-established five-person interior team, this is a varied position combining professional spa treatments with back-of-house and general interior responsibilities. The yacht features a fully equipped spa and the successful candidate should ideally be confident offering a broad range of treatments, including massage, facials, nails, waxing and beauty services. Hair and makeup skills would also be advantageous. The yacht has a strong, long-standing crew with excellent longevity across departments and a well-supported interior structure. The programme offers a manageable working environment where crew breaks and downtime are prioritised. IDEAL CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will have one to two seasons of previous yachting experience, with charter experience particularly advantageous. However, candidates newer to yachting may also be considered if they have a strong professional spa background and the right attitude. You will be positive, hardworking and eager to learn with a genuine team mentality and an understanding that back-of-house responsibilities form an important part of the position when spa services are not required. This would suit someone who enjoys being part of a busy but well-organised interior team and is looking for an opportunity to develop within a supportive programme offering good crew longevity and professional development.
