I’M LOOKING FOR SOMENE TO GROW WITH ME Crew & Co was founded from firsthand experience within the superyacht industry—not from behind a desk. Having worked onboard myself, I understand the realities of yachting, the sacrifices crew make, and just how important it is to find programmes where people genuinely thrive. Since launching Crew & Co, I’ve been fortunate enough to build relationships with some fantastic Captains, Heads of Department and Management Companies, representing carefully selected programmes that genuinely invest in their crew. As the business continues to grow, I’m looking for the right person/people to join me. Not just someone looking for a typical recruitment job, someone who loves this industry, enjoys building genuine relationships, and wants the freedom to create a career on their own terms . THIS ISN’T A CORPORATE RECRUITMENT ROLE There are no set office hours. No clocking in. No micromanagement. No unrealistic KPIs. What matters to me isn’t how many hours you work—it’s the quality of the relationships you build. If you’ve come from a yachting background, you’ll understand why flexibility matters. I believe people do their best work when they’re trusted, empowered and given the freedom to manage their own time. This is a commission-based opportunity , so it won’t suit everyone, but for someone who is entrepreneurial, driven and genuinely passionate about helping others, it has the potential to become an incredibly rewarding career. WHO I’M LOOKING FOR I’m looking for someone who genuinely loves this industry, enjoys building meaningful relationships and wants the freedom to create a career on their own terms. Someone who understands that successful recruitment isn’t about sending CVs, It’s about understanding personalities, crew culture, leadership styles and where someone will genuinely succeed. Ideally, you’ll have: Previous experience working onboard superyachts. A good network within the industry. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A positive, approachable and professional personality. Strong organisational skills and self-motivation. An entrepreneurial mindset. A genuine desire to help others succeed. Recruitment experience is a bonus—but it’s certainly not essential. Industry knowledge, emotional intelligence and the right attitude are far more important. THE ROLE As a Yacht Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work closely alongside me to continue growing Crew & Co whilst building your own reputation within the industry. Your role will include: Building relationships with candidates across all departments, or specialising in a department you’re particularly passionate about. Sourcing, screening and verifying candidates. Taking references and preparing candidate profiles. Managing your own recruitment processes from start to finish. Developing relationships with Captains, Heads of Department and Management Companies. Representing Crew & Co at networking events and boat shows. Becoming a trusted face of the business within the yachting community. You’ll have the freedom to build your own desk whilst receiving ongoing mentoring, support and guidance from me as we continue growing the business together. WHY CREW & CO?
