CREW & CO – SUPERYACHT CREW RECRUITMENT Bosun – 50m Private/Charter M/Y Yacht: 50m Motor Yacht Programme: Private / Charter | Dual Season (Mediterranean & Caribbean – TBC) Contract: Permanent | 60 days leave Start Date: ASAP Salary: €4,500 p/m Location: Italy Position Overview Crew & Co are seeking an experienced and motivated Bosun to join a 50m private/charter motor yacht currently completing an extensive refurbishment in Italy. This is an exciting opportunity to join the programme during a pivotal stage, with the successful candidate playing a key role in preparing the yacht for owner and charter operations. Over the coming weeks, the focus will be on finalising the shipyard period, supporting the vessel’s relaunch, preparing for a professional photoshoot and ensuring the yacht is presented to an exceptional standard before welcoming the owners onboard. Following this, the yacht is expected to cruise the Mediterranean, including the South of France, before establishing its future dual-season itinerary. Working closely alongside the Chief Officer, you will lead the deck department and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of exterior operations. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who leads by example, maintains exceptionally high standards, and can confidently organise deck projects whilst supporting safe vessel operations, tender activities and guest experiences. The yacht is commercially registered and, whilst there are currently no charters booked, the yacht is expected to operate as both a private and charter vessel moving forward. As such, previous charter experience would be highly advantageous.
