CREW & CO – SUPERYACHT CREW RECRUITMENT Bosun – 60m Private/Charter M/Y Position: Deckhand Yacht: 60m+ Motor Yacht Programme: Private / Charter | Dual Season (Mediterranean & Caribbean) Contract: Permanent | 60 days leave Start Date: ASAP (joining within a week) Salary: DOE Location: Italy Position Overview: Crew & Co are seeking an experienced Deckhand to join a well-established 60m+ private/charter motor yacht operating a busy dual-season programme between the Mediterranean and Caribbean. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an established, consistent programme with proven longevity within a team that appriciates hard work, a positive team morale and collaborative teamwork. Working closely within a deck team, you will play a role in the day-to-day management of the deck department, ensuring the exterior is maintained to an exceptional standard whilst supporting safe vessel operations, guest activities and deck projects. The successful candidate will be someone who is confident to hit the ground running and adapt quckily to a busy and demanding programme. Requirements: Previous experience as a Deckhand onboard a similar-sized motor yacht Charter experience very desirable All valid certifications (STCW, ENG1, Passport, etc.) Available to join within one week No visible or offensive tattoos Strong tender driving and watersports experience preferred Make only (due to Cabins) Ideal Candidate: Positive, proactive and good at taking instruction A good understanding of professional boundaries Drama-free mentality Able to integrate quickly into an established team and contribute positively to the onboard culture Strong communicator Hands-on approach Apply: If you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please apply with your most recent CV.
