CREW & CO – SUPERYACHT CREW RECRUITMENT 2nd Stewardess – 70m+ Private M/Y Yacht: 70m+ Motor Yacht Programme: Private Contract: Permanent | 42 Days Leave Start Date: ASAP Salary: €4,000–€5,000 p/m DOE Location: Turkey POSITION OVERVIEW: Crew & Co are seeking an experienced and proactive 2nd Stewardess to join a beautiful 70m+ private motor yacht currently based in Turkey as the programme transitions into an exciting new chapter under new ownership. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-run yacht at a pivotal stage, where you will play an important role in supporting the Chief Stewardess with maintaining exceptionally high interior standards whilst helping prepare the vessel ahead of the new owners coming onboard. As the yacht enters this transitional period, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute positively to the development of the interior department, helping establish strong routines, uphold service standards and ensure the yacht is presented to an exceptional level. Whilst the programme is currently in a quieter operational period, they are seeking someone who embraces this as an opportunity to refine standards, lead by example and contribute positively to the overall crew environment before operations become busier. This is far more than a traditional 2nd Stewardess role. The programme is looking for someone who enjoys taking initiative, is confident supporting crew development through training, and can assist the Chief Stewardess in creating a motivated, positive and well-organised interior team. Previous experience within a senior stewardess or experienced 2nd Stewardess capacity would therefore be highly advantageous. The yacht places significant importance on personality, professionalism and crew culture throughout the recruitment process. They are looking for someone who is naturally positive, approachable and patient, with the ability to lift morale, motivate those around them and contribute to a supportive, collaborative working environment. REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience as an 2nd Stewardess or Senior Stewardess onboard a similar-sized motor yacht Strong housekeeping, laundry and service skills All valid certifications (STCW, ENG1, Passport, etc.) Fluent English Available to join ASAP Female only (due to cabins) No visible or offensive tattoos IDEAL CANDIDATE: Positive, friendly and approachable Confident supporting the Chief Stewardess with maintaining high standards Takes initiative and enjoys improving systems and procedures Comfortable leading training sessions and mentoring junior crew Patient, professional and emotionally intelligent Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing operational requirements Someone who genuinely contributes to a positive crew culture and enjoys working within a collaborative team environment APPLY: If you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please apply with your most recent CV.
