CREW & CO – SUPERYACHT CREW RECRUITMENT Bosun – 60m Private/Charter M/Y Position: Bosun Yacht: 60m+ Motor Yacht Programme: Private / Charter | Dual Season (Mediterranean & Caribbean) Contract: Permanent | 38 days leave Start Date: ASAP (joining within a week) Salary: DOE Location: Italy Position Overview: Crew & Co are seeking an experienced and motivated Bosun to join a well-established 60m+ private/charter motor yacht operating a busy dual-season programme between the Mediterranean and Caribbean. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an established, consistent programme with proven longevity within a team that appriciates hard work, a positive team morale and collaborative teamwork. Working closely within a deck team, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the deck department, ensuring the exterior is maintained to an exceptional standard whilst supporting safe vessel operations, guest activities and deck projects. You will also be responsible for leading and mentoring junior deck crew, setting the standard through your work ethic, professionalism and positive attitude. The successful candidate will be someone who is confident stepping into an established programme, able to take ownership of the deck team, and thrives within a busy private and charter environment. Requirements: Previous experience as a Bosun onboard a similar-sized motor yacht Charter experience very desirable All valid certifications (STCW, ENG1, Passport, etc.) Available to join within one week No visible or offensive tattoos Strong tender driving and watersports experience preferred Experience leading and developing junior deck crew Make only (due to Cabins) Ideal Candidate: A confident and approachable leader who leads by example Highly organised with excellent deck maintenance knowledge Comfortable managing junior crew and delegating responsibilities Calm under pressure and able to perform within a fast-paced operational environment Positive, proactive and solutions-focused Professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about maintaining exceptionally high exterior standards Able to integrate quickly into an established team and contribute positively to the onboard culture Apply: If you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please apply with your most recent CV.
