THE ROLE: You will play a key role in overseeing a large interior department, supporting both private and charter operations across a demanding dual-season programme. This position requires an individual who is highly organised, proactive and capable of leading by example. The successful candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a positive and engaging personality, and the ability to build strong relationships with owners, guests and crew alike. The yacht operates an active charter schedule with a significant number of repeat clients, therefore previous experience within busy charter environments is considered essential. Responsibilities will include: Supporting the overall management and organisation of a large interior team Coordinating guest operations across both private and charter programmes Assisting with charter preparation, execution and post-charter administration Maintaining exceptional service standards throughout all guest experiences Leading, mentoring and motivating interior crew members Ensuring seamless communication between departments and management Assisting with scheduling, logistics, inventory and operational planning Upholding the vessel’s refined service culture and attention to detail THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will be an experienced Chief Stewardess or Interior Manager with proven experience onboard large, ideally charter yachts.
