CREW & CO – SUPERYACHT CREW RECRUITMENT Stewardess – 60m+ Private/Charter M/Y Yacht: 60m+ Motor Yacht Programme: Private / Charter | Mediterranean Season Contract: Permanent | 60 Days Leave Start Date: ASAP Salary: US$3,750 p/m Flight Allowance: US$2,500 Location: Italy POSITION OVERVIEW: Crew & Co are seeking an enthusiastic and Experienced Stewardess to join a well-established 60m+ private/charter motor yacht operating a busy Mediterranean programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an active programme, with two more confirmed charters and owners trips before the end of the season. You’ll be joining an dynamic interior team, led by a supportive and long-standing Chief Stewardess. The successful candidate will be joining a programme that prides itself on maintaining exceptional guest standards whilst fostering a positive and supportive onboard environment. Working closely within the interior team, you will play an important role in delivering a high-standard of guest experience across all aspects of the interior, including service, housekeeping, laundry and day-to-day guest care. The role would suit someone who is confident working within a busy programme, enjoys being part of a collaborative team and takes genuine pride in maintaining high standards. The yacht is seeking someone who can integrate quickly into an established crew, contribute positively to the onboard culture and remain calm and organised throughout both busy charter periods and owner trips. Previous charter experience would be highly advantageous due to the pace of the programme. REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience as a Stewardess onboard a similar-sized motor yacht Previous charter experience preferred B1/B2 Visa highly desirable All valid certifications (STCW, ENG1, Passport, etc.) Available to join ASAP No visible tattoos Female only (due to Cabins) English (fluent) IDEAL CANDIDATE: Positive, professional and enthusiastic Strong housekeeping, laundry and service skills Excellent attention to detail Calm under pressure with a proactive attitude Friendly, approachable and able to integrate quickly into an established crew Well organised with a strong work ethic Confident working within both private and charter environments Someone who values teamwork, professionalism and contributes positively to crew culture APPLY: If you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please apply with your most recent CV.
