Working as part of an experienced deck team, you will play an important role in maintaining the vessel to the highest standards whilst supporting all aspects of deck operations during worldwide cruising. This position would suit a motivated Deckhand who enjoys working within a professional environment, takes pride in their work and is looking to continue developing their seamanship and operational experience onboard a larger yacht. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will be a positive, hardworking and professional Deckhand with a genuine passion for the yachting industry and a desire to continue progressing their career onboard larger yachts. Comfortable working within a professional, high-performing crew environment. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 18 months’ yachting experience preferred. Relevant and valid yachting qualifications (STCW, ENG1 etc) Valid Passport Positive attitude and excellent work ethic. Ability to work effectively within a professional team. Successful candidates will be required to complete a background check through the management company.
