CREW & CO – SUPERYACHT CREW RECRUITMENT DECKHAND / OOW UNLIMITED Yacht: 100m+ Motor Yacht Programme: Private | Dual Season Contract: 3:1 Rotation Start Date: 1st November Salary: €5,000 per month Location: Europe POSITION OVERVIEW: Crew & Co are seeking a Deckhand holding an OOW Unlimited qualification to join an exceptional 100m+ private motor yacht with a fantastic reputation within the industry. Operating a dual-season programme alongside a wider supporting fleet of yachts, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy, varied and operationally demanding environment. The role is a hands-on Deckhand position, suited to someone who is happy getting involved in all aspects of daily deck operations while bringing the knowledge and awareness gained through their OOW Unlimited qualification. The programme offers an excellent crew culture, with an active, fitness-oriented team who take pride in their work and enjoy working together. They are looking for someone proactive, reliable and personable, who can keep pace with intensive operations and contribute positively to life onboard.
