CREW & CO – SUPERYACHT CREW RECRUITMENT DECKHAND / VIDEOGRAPHER Yacht: 60m+ Motoryacht Programme: Private / Charter, Dual-Season (Med-Caribbean) Salary: $DOE Leave: 60 Days Annual Leave Start Date: ASAP Current Location: Italy POSITION OVERVIEW: Crew & Co are seeking an experienced Deckhand/Videographer to join a busy 60m+ private/charter motor yacht, currently located in Italy. This is an exciting mid-season opportunity to join an active programme offering an adrenaline-fuelled environment, a positive crew culture and a solid itinerary. The yacht operates across both the Mediterranean and Caribbean each year, visiting popular yachting hubs such as Fort Lauderdale, Antibes, Italy, Sardinia and Corsica. The Captains are well-regarded leaders who maintain high professional standards while encouraging a close-knit, family-oriented atmosphere. There have been clear examples of progression across both the interior and exterior departments, with several HODs having achieved excellent longevity onboard and climbed the ranks within. The ideal candidate will bring strong videography and editing skills, helping to capture memorable footage and photography onboard, as well as producing end-of-charter videos for guests. This dual-responsibility position offers an excellent opportunity to bring immediate value to the team while developing a creative skill set alongside your deck career. You will remain fully involved in all deck operations, working within an established team comprising two Deckhands, a Bosun, Second Officer and First Officer. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys grafting, thrives within a consistently busy programme and values being part of a positive, hardworking crew. The majority of the crew are native English speakers, although diversity is welcomed and encouraged. REQUIREMENTS: 1+ year of direct, yachting experience. Proven longevity in previous roles (minimum of 1 season on a single vessel). All valid documents and certificates (STCW,ENG1 etc) A valid passport.
