Work Arrangement: Hybrid Responsibilities What You'll Do: Responsible for performing a broad range of complex accounting functions with lead responsibility for accounting records. Key Responsibilities: Assign transaction codes to documents and ensure documents processed are in the appropriate accounting period. Post, balance, and close ledgers. Process and input inventory transactions within software, various inventory reconciliations, and the accuracy and integrity of inventory values and transactions. Follow up on delinquent accounts receivable customers. Analyze and verify internal consistency, completeness, and arithmetic accuracy of account documents; makes adjustments. Communicate with internal and/or external customers as needed. Qualifications Education & Credentials: High school diploma or equivalent, with related course work after high school and job-related training, or Associate's degree. Experience: 3 - 5 years of general accounting and related financial experience. Proficient in the use of PC and mainframe accounting systems. Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. What We Offer?
