About the Role
We are seeking a Dip Operator to support automated and manual dipping processes in a production environment. This role is
well suited for someone who works steadily, follows established procedures, and maintains consistent quality throughout each
step of the process.

Core Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor dip robots and complete hand-dipping tasks when needed
• Load and unload parts for the automated dipping process according to traveler documents and process instructions
• Set programs using production software and confirm equipment is prepared for each run
• Inspect parts for defects and verify the correct dip process before production begins
• Prepare slurry, complete start-of-shift checks, and perform equipment setup tasks
• Clean spiders as needed during production
• Complete required paperwork and maintain a clean work area at the end of each shift
• Regular TPM

Required Skills & Abilities
• Ability to follow established procedures and work instructions consistently
• Thorough approach to inspecting parts, completing documentation, and maintaining process quality
• Comfort performing repetitive production tasks with steady attention throughout the shift
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with team members as needed
• Basic math, language, and reasoning skills
• Ability to navigate computer systems and production software
• Ability to anticipate next steps in the production process

Other Requirements
• High school diploma or GED/High School Equivalency
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
