POSITION OVERVIEW:
Crew & Co are seeking an experienced Rotational Chief Stewardess to join an 80m private motor yacht operating a dual-season programme between the Mediterranean and Caribbean.
Launched in 2025, the yacht offers a fantastic opportunity to join a professional and recently-established programme with a hardworking yet sociable crew environment.
The Chief Stewardess will oversee an interior team of six. This is a senior leadership position requiring someone confident managing a structured interior department while maintaining consistently high standards across all areas.
The successful candidate will join the vessel in Spain ahead of the upcoming Caribbean season.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Chief Stewardess with strong leadership and organisational skills, capable of confidently managing and developing a larger interior team.
You will be professional, approachable and highly organised, with the ability to lead by example while contributing positively to an established crew dynamic.
Experience with interior management systems and operational software is highly advantageous, particularly Pinpoint, Voly and warranty management. Previous new-build experience would also be beneficial.
This position would suit someone looking for a long-term rotational role within a professionally run private programme offering great sustainability.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven Chief Stewardess experience on larger motor yachts
- Strong leadership and interior management experience
- Experience managing a larger interior team
- Confident with interior administration and operational systems
- Pinpoint and Voly experience advantageous
- Warranty management experience advantageous
- Previous new-build experience a bonus
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Professional, hardworking and sociable approach
- Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements
- Available to join in Spain no later than 20th October 2026
