CREW & CO – SUPERYACHT CREW RECRUITMENT DECKHAND (ADDITIONAL SKILLS) YACHT: 70m+ Motor Yacht PROGRAMME: Private / Heavy Charter | Dual Season | Mediterranean & Caribbean SALARY: DOE LEAVE: 5:1 Rotation START DATE: ASAP / Flexible POSITION OVERVIEW: Crew & Co are seeking an experienced Deckhand to join a well-known 70m+ private and busy charter motor yacht operating a dual-season Mediterranean and Caribbean programme. This is a very active yacht with an extensive watersports programme, large-scale waterpark setups and high-profile repeat charter guests. Previous seasons have included approximately 15 weeks of Mediterranean charter, offering strong earning potential. Joining a team of 20+ crew, you will support all aspects of deck operations and help deliver memorable guest experiences throughout a demanding and rewarding charter schedule. IDEAL CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will be a capable, hardworking Deckhand who enjoys a busy programme and brings a positive, proactive approach to both deck duties and guest interaction. Additional skills are highly advantageous, particularly diving, carpentry, videography, DJing or personal training. The yacht is open to other talents that could add value to the deck team or enhance the charter experience. You will be comfortable working at pace, maintaining high standards and contributing to an energetic team. REQUIREMENTS: 1-2+ years of direct deckhand experience Valid STCW Valid ENG1 Schengen visa or EU / British passport B1/B2 visa preferred; candidates holding a C1/D visa or Green Card may also be considered, subject to confirmation of suitability for the yacht’s operations Additional specialist skills highly advantageous Confidence supporting watersports activities and interacting with guests Professional work ethic and positive, team-focused attitude Willingness to commit to a busy dual-season programme Small, non-offensive tattoos may be considered on a case-by-case basis, with non-visible tattoos preferred.
