Diving is not an occasional addition to the itinerary—it forms a major part of the guest experience, with multiple operations often running each day.   The role carries a high level of responsibility and would suit a calm, confident and exceptionally capable Dive Instructor who is comfortable independently planning and delivering safe, seamless dive operations for UHNW guests.   We are not looking for someone whose diving experience is limited to occasional yacht dives. Candidates must have extensive professional diving experience, ideally gained through busy dive centres, liveaboards, resorts or similarly demanding operations. You must be confident managing several dives and guests each day, adapting to different experience levels and maintaining exceptional safety and service standards throughout.   Alongside diving responsibilities, you will work as part of the deck department and support the wider team with general deck operations.   REQUIREMENTS: Qualified Dive Instructor A significant number of logged dives Extensive professional, high-volume diving experience Confident running multiple dive operations each day Comfortable diving with UHNW owners and guests Able to manage divers with varying qualifications and confidence levels Strong knowledge of dive planning, safety procedures and emergency response Confident maintaining, organising and managing dive equipment Previous professional deck experience Strong tender-driving and general deck skills Valid STCW and ENG1 Valid B1/B2 visa Willing to complete all required forms, reference checks and background screening This is an exciting opportunity for someone who genuinely wants diving to be a central part of their role. The position is demanding and carries considerable responsibility, but it offers the chance to operate in some exceptional and rarely visited dive locations as part of an established expedition programme.   APPLY: If you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please apply with your most recent CV. Alternatively, feel free to contact Crew & Co for further information.   Due to the high volume of applications received, only candidates who closely match the outlined profile and requirements will be contacted. Please note that certain client-specific preferences and operational requirements may not always be detailed within the advert. We kindly ask that candidates only apply if they meet the core criteria outlined above.
