CREW & CO – SUPERYACHT CREW RECRUITMENT TEMP DECKHAND / PERSONAL TRAINER Yacht: 70m+ Motor Yacht Programme: Private / Charter, Dual Season (Med & Caribbean) Contract Dates: 7–24 August 2026 Salary: Competitive Day Rate Start Date : 7 August 2026 POSITION OVERVIEW: Crew & Co are seeking an experienced Deckhand with additional Personal Training qualifications to join an established 70m+ private/charter motor yacht on a temporary contract. This is a fantastic mid-season opportunity to join a reputable programme with an incredible crew culture, genuinely lovely owners and a positive, professional working environment. The yacht has two charters scheduled during the temporary period, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to gain valuable charter exposure while remaining fully involved in the daily operation of the deck department. Alongside general deck duties, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to utilise their Personal Training qualifications directly with guests, delivering safe, professional and engaging fitness sessions tailored to individual needs and abilities. This is a dual-responsibility position suited to an experienced, confident and personable Deckhand who enjoys working within a busy guest programme and is equally comfortable maintaining high deck standards and interacting professionally with guests. PERSONAL TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES: Delivering professional personal-training sessions to guests Adapting sessions to suit different fitness levels, goals and abilities Ensuring exercises are performed safely and with correct technique Maintaining a discreet, personable and guest-focused approach Assisting with the preparation and organisation of onboard gym equipment IDEAL CANDIDATE: Proven experience working as a Deckhand Recognised Personal Training qualification Previous guest-facing or charter experience Confident delivering personal-training sessions independently Professional, approachable and comfortable interacting with guests Physically fit, proactive and willing to get stuck in Strong understanding of deck operations and yacht standards Positive, adaptable and team-oriented Available for the full temporary contract REQUIREMENTS: Valid STCW and ENG1, PBL2 Valid passport Recognised Personal Training qualification Male candidates only due to the current cabin arrangement Strong and verifiable references APPLY: If you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please apply with your most recent CV, supporting references, Personal Training certification and details of your current location, availability and visa status.
