Join OSM Thome as 3rd Engineer (3/E) on Oil/Chemical Tankers trading worldwide. You will work with an experienced engine team, keeping machinery in safe and efficient running condition on an international trading route.

Key responsibilities:
Carry out watchkeeping duties in the engine room as per company and vessel procedures
Assist in operation and maintenance of main engine, auxiliaries, pumps, purifiers and other engine room equipment
Perform planned maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting under guidance of senior engineers
Keep engine room spaces clean, safe and well-organized
Follow all safety, environmental and pollution-prevention procedures, especially for oil/chemical cargo operations

Requirements:
Valid 3rd Engineer CoC (III/1 or higher), meeting STCW requirements
Tanker experience, preferably on Oil/Chemical Tankers
Valid STCW basic and advanced tanker/endoresments as required
Good English communication skills
Medically fit for sea service with valid medical certificate
