Key responsibilities:

Assist in safe and efficient operation of main engine and auxiliary machinery
Carry out routine watchkeeping in the engine room
Perform planned maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
Monitor engine performance, fuel and lube oil systems
Keep engine room logs and records up to date
Support implementation of safety and pollution prevention procedures

Requirements:

Valid 3rd Engineer (III/1 or higher) CoC for seagoing vessels
Previous experience as 3/E on container vessels preferred
Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness
Good English communication skills
Strong safety attitude and teamwork mindset
Willingness to work worldwide on international trade routes
