OVERVIEW
Marlow Marine Service in Snead Island, FL — a full-service yacht facility near Tampa Bay serving boat owners since 1965 and caring for Marlow's renowned luxury motor yachts. We're seeking a Travelift Operator to safely haul, launch and move vessels around our full-service yard. You'll operate the marine travelift, coordinate haul-outs and launches, and work closely with yard crews. Travelift or heavy-equipment experience in a boatyard preferred.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Move, haul, launch, and stage boats around the yard
- Operate forklifts and yard equipment safely
- Support the trades and keep the yard organized
- Follow all safety procedures
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Forklift or yard experience a plus
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Mechanical aptitude and reliability
- Able to lift and work on your feet
COMPENSATION
Estimated market range $33,000 to $52,000/year (about $16 to $25/hour), depending on experience.
