Work Arrangement: Why Join Crowley: Responsibilities What You'll Do: Responsible for providing administrative support services under limited supervision to a department or group. Key Responsibilities: Analyze complex requests and determine an appropriate solution. Works directly with internal departments to assist with various activities relative to assigned business unit. Review, update and maintain documents to ensure completeness, confirm accuracy of data, resolve discrepancies, ensure compliance, etc. May resolve discrepancies and communicate the results with internal and external customers. Use various PC software programs to produce high quality reports, presentations and other documents. Compile and interpret data to formulate reports, charts, graphs or tables. Assist management on various projects as needed. Qualifications Education & Credentials: High school diploma or equivalent, with course work after high school and job-related training. Bachelor’s degree in business, transportation, logistics or a related field preferred. Experience: 3 – 5 years’ experience in an administrative support function. Experience with federal government contracts preferred. Technical Skills: .Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook and Word. Excellent computer skills are required along with strong analytical, database management and data entry accuracy. Other: Subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check to obtain your driving history.
