About this role

Overview Supports operational activities involving documentation, cargo control, equipment control, traffic, and terminal or airport operations. Serves as a key operational resource, ensuring compliance and efficient movement of cargo and documentation. Responsibilities Coordinate with U.S. Customs and government agencies for document validation and cargo inspections. Maintain the flow of documentation by collaborating with internal departments and meeting established deadlines. Assist customers with routine inquiries and required documentation. Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members in a lead or senior capacity. Support operational processes related to cargo and equipment control. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework or job-related training preferred. 3–4 years of international transportation or logistics experience, including 2 years in a lead role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Bilingual (English/Spanish) may be required. Knowledge of ocean/air shipping documentation, customs regulations, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection procedures. Familiarity with USDA procedures is preferred.
