About this role
Overview Supports cargo bookings, import/export documentation, and customer service operations. Ensures customer satisfaction and retention while following operational policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Coordinate cargo delivery and maintain accurate shipment and documentation records. Verify bills of lading, apply tariffs, and ensure timely and accurate invoicing. Collaborate with pricing teams to ensure correct rate setup during bookings. Prepare and analyze reports related to cargo bookings and documentation. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective and timely resolutions. Identify customer needs, recommend process improvements, and promote value‑added services. Support customer onboarding and escalate issues that may impact service delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience. 2–3 years of experience in transportation/logistics; experience in booking, documentation, or customer service preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Bilingual (English/Spanish). Knowledge of import/export processes, customs brokerage, and transportation regulations.
