Work Arrangement: Why Join Crowley: Responsibilities What You'll Do: Responsible for performing outbound sales calls, including cold-calling, lead follow-up and sales qualification, to develop a portfolio of buying customers while meeting or exceeding quotas. Key Responsibilities: Build relationships with potential new customers. Identify customer requirements and expectations while finding supply chain solutions to capture new business. Generate and penetrate leads to capture new business outside of current customer base through phone call, email, virtual face-time, LinkedIn and other mediums. Maintain a full pipeline of opportunities and target achievable accounts while diligently updating our Salesforce on activities, leads and follow-ups. Meet and exceed minimum KPI requirements such as productivity, new revenue growth, gross profit, contribution margin, load counts, multiple supply chain service sells and graduating accounts to need additional support. Challenge status quo with effective solutions and improvements to the achieve departmental sales goals. Utilize customer relationship management tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve sales goals. Qualifications Education & Credentials: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; or a combination of post high school and equal experience may be substituted for education. Experience: 1 - 3 years prior sales, customer service and/or and logistics experience, including knowledgeable of industry related issues in transportation and/or supply chain management. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Office products, including Word, Access, Excel and customer relationship management tools, such as Salesforce. What We Offer?
