Responsible for analyzing the overall business objectives of the organization and developing strategies to meet those objectives. Works with IT project teams and business clients to collect, clarify, and translate business needs into functional specifications that describe what the system/process must do to fulfill the end-user/business requirements. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Analyst focused on providing business solutions, maintaining applications documentation, and updating business requirements; reviewing workflow process mapping and implementing recommendations. Assists with creating and maintaining technical user guides used to facilitate the learning of business information systems and supporting processes. Partners with functional and strategic areas to establish and maintain a unified approach to implementing change. Supports large scale, complex projects and oversees less complex projects, under minimal to no supervision. Assess, research, analyze and document sponsor/stakeholder needs. Assist Crowley QA team in developing test scenarios and coordinate during UAT. Provide additional support on defect resolution engaging with our vendors when needed. Assist in adopting new system features, identifying process improvements opportunities and proactively provide recommendations to enhance the system adoption. Act as coach and mentor if necessary to drive best practice adoption. Identify issues and escalate/manage resolution as required. Coordinates and provides support to the business with the process implementation. Work Arrangement: Hybrid Qualifications Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a combination of post-high school education and experience equal to eight (8) years. Experience: 8 - 10 years of experience as an IT business partner developing and delivering solutions. Technical Skills: Capable of writing clear and well-structured business requirements documents. Contributes to the development of detailed-level process maps to facilitate requirements gathering and gap analysis. Strong understanding of basic system engineering, object-oriented design, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards. Agile software development. Understanding of modeling techniques, such as Unified Modeling Language, etc. Technical abilities in understanding API specs, XML, leveraging tools like SoapUI / Postman, Strong experience in data extraction, querying, and manipulation from relational and non-relational database sources. Proven ability to collect, cleanse, transform, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business impacts. Advanced proficiency in Business Intelligence and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or equivalent) to design dashboards and analytical reports. Skilled in translating complex technical and operational data into executive-friendly visualizations and insights that drive informed business decisions Other: Bilingual (English/Spanish) What We Offer?
