Marlow Marine Service in Snead Island, FL — a full-service yacht facility near Tampa Bay serving boat owners since 1965 and caring for Marlow's renowned luxury motor yachts. We're hiring a Quality Control Manager to oversee the quality and precision of yacht service and refit projects of all sizes. You'll set inspection standards, audit workmanship across trades (carpentry, electrical, mechanical, paint), and ensure every project meets Marlow's exacting standards before delivery. Strong marine-industry experience and an eye for detail required.

We are hiring a Quality Control Manager in Snead Island, FL. In this role you will lead, schedule, and develop the team day to day, and contribute to our team’s quality and success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead, schedule, and develop the team day to day
- Drive production, quality, and on-time delivery targets
- Coach and train staff; conduct performance reviews
- Coordinate across departments and improve processes

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Prior supervisory or lead experience in marine or manufacturing
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving
- Ability to read schedules, prints, and specifications
- Track record of meeting quality and safety standards

COMPENSATION
Estimated market range $60,000 to $95,000/year (about $29 to $46/hour), depending on experience.
