Freedom Boat Club is the largest members-only boat club in the world (a Brunswick company) with 400+ locations.
We are hiring a Part-Time Dock Master in Fort Myers, FL. In this role you will run daily dock operations and the boat fleet, and contribute to our team’s quality and success.

- Run daily dock operations and the boat fleet
- Lead and schedule dock staff
- Manage reservations and member experience
- Oversee fleet readiness and safety

COMPENSATION
Estimated market range $45,000 to $72,000/year (about $22 to $35/hour), depending on experience.
