OVERVIEW
Your Boat Club is a membership boat club and rental operator with 40+ locations across the Upper Midwest and Florida.
We are hiring a Lead Dockhand - Lake Vermilion in Tower, MN. In this role you will run daily dock operations and the boat fleet, and contribute to our team’s quality and success.

COMPENSATION
Estimated market range $45,000 to $72,000/year (about $22 to $35/hour), depending on experience.
