Job Summary:

We are seeking a Finance Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to influence growth, profitability, and operational excellence through data-driven insights, financial leadership, and close partnership with senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with a commercial mindset and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead annual planning, budgeting and forecasting processes. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making.

  • Business Partnering: Act as a trusted finance advisor to business leaders, providing financial guidance, challenging assumptions, and supporting initiatives that drive sustainable growth and profitability.

  • Performance Management: Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying opportunities, risks, and key business drivers. Partner with leadership teams to develop and execute improvement actions.

  • Strategic Planning: Support business case development, investment evaluations, pricing decisions, and strategic initiatives through rigorous financial analysis and scenario modeling.

  • Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate financial reporting and executive-level performance insights, ensuring timely communication of results, risks, and opportunities.

  • Cost Management: Drive productivity, cost optimization, and profitability improvement initiatives while balancing customer, operational, and financial objectives.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build effective relationships across Finance, Commercial, Operations, and other functional teams to align business decisions with financial objectives.

  • Financial Controlling & Governance: Partner with Global Service Centers to ensure timely month-end close activities, strong balance sheet governance, accurate financial reporting, and effective financial controls.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting capabilities, automation, and the use of digital and AI-enabled tools to enhance decision support.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, operational finance, or related finance roles.

  • Experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing decision-making in a complex organization preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis capabilities.

  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear business recommendations.

  • Experience working with ERP, planning, and business intelligence tools (SAP, Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan, Hyperion, etc.) preferred.

  • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve analysis, reporting, and decision support preferred

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $120,000 - $170,000 USD*

Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match.

*The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors, such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
