Join OSM Thome as Electro Technical Officer (ETO) on board a modern container vessel trading worldwide. Work closely with the deck and engine teams to keep all electrical and electronic systems running safely and efficiently.

• Key responsibilities:
• Operate, maintain and repair all electrical and electronic equipment on board
• Take care of power generation, distribution and emergency power systems
• Monitor and maintain automation, control and alarm systems
• Carry out planned maintenance and fault finding on bridge, engine room and cargo systems
• Keep accurate maintenance and repair records as per company and class requirements
• Support safe vessel operations and follow all safety and environmental procedures

• Requirements:
• Valid ETO CoC meeting STCW requirements
• Sea experience as ETO, preferably on container vessels
• Good knowledge of marine electrical, electronic and automation systems
• Valid medical fitness and required STCW safety certificates
• Good English communication skills and ability to work in an international crew
