CREW & CO – SUPERYACHT CREW RECRUITMENT DECKHAND / KITESURFER Yacht: 50m Motor Yacht Programme: Private/Charter – Dual Season Contract: Permanent, 60 days leave Start Date: ASAP / Start of October Salary: DOE Current Location: Europe POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced Deckhand and qualified Kitesurfer to join a well-run 50m private/charter motor yacht operating a dual-season Mediterranean and Caribbean programme. The yacht has recently completed a highly successful six-week charter period and is currently in Spain with the owners onboard. In approximately three weeks, the yacht will enter a short European shipyard period before crossing to the Caribbean, where they will be attending the Antigua Charter Yacht Show and commencing their Caribbean charter-season. This is a very family-orientated programme with active owners and a strong charter element. The yacht offers an enjoyable mixture of guest operations, watersports, cruising and charter experience. This is a hands-on role, offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deckhand to utilise their Kite Surfing experience. Diving qualifications are also advantageous. The Captain and Chief Officer are both described as lovely, approachable and hands-on, with a positive team environment onboard. IDEAL CANDIDATE: Minimum of one year’s professional deck experience Strong practical kitesurfing ability and confidence supporting guest watersports operations Strong tender-driving, deck maintenance and general exterior skills Fluent English Professional appearance and excellent personal presentation Diving qualifications would be a bonus REQUIREMENTS: 1+ year direct yachting experience Proven longevity in previous roles Recognised Kite Surfing qualifications All valid documents + visas (STCW, ENG1, Passport) B1B2 Visa Male only (due to cabins) APPLY If you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please apply with your most recent CV.
