Join OSM Thome as a Bosun on our fully pressurized LPG tankers trading worldwide. We are looking for an experienced deck leader with strong seamanship skills and a hands-on approach to daily deck operations and maintenance.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and supervise deck crew in all deck and mooring operations
Organize and carry out routine maintenance, chipping, painting and cleaning
Assist with cargo operations and tank preparation as directed by officers
Ensure safe working practices and proper use of PPE on deck
Maintain deck equipment, mooring gear and safety equipment in good order

Requirements:

Previous experience as Bosun on tanker vessels, LPG preferred
Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness
Strong seamanship, mooring and cargo-handling skills
Good leadership and communication with multinational crew
Ready to work worldwide and follow company safety standards
