Wanchese Marina is a charter-fleet marina on the Outer Banks in Wanchese, NC, home to a busy sportfishing fleet and the Landing Grill. We hire friendly, hard-working crew who love being on the water.
We are hiring a Booking Desk Agent in Wanchese, NC. In this role you will answer phones and book reservations or charters, and contribute to our team’s quality and success.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Answer phones and book reservations or charters
- Provide friendly, accurate customer service
- Coordinate schedules and follow up with guests
- Support front-of-house operations

- Customer service and phone experience
- Sales aptitude and a friendly manner
- Organized and reliable
- Comfortable with booking systems
COMPENSATION
Estimated market range $32,000 to $46,000/year (about $15 to $22/hour), depending on experience.
