Customer reported issue on a Yamaha F150XD.

Start to run and WOT reaches 6000 rpm
Run for 5 mins with no issue
Then gradually starts to drop 100 rpm approximately every 30 sec
After 5 mins WOT is 5300 rpm
Slow down to idle for 5 mins, run slowly, then repeat
Then I can get 5900 rpm
Then drop starts again
