Gig fees
Post services and requests free. Quote and apply free (one open application at a time on the free plan; Advanced unlocks more). Transaction fees are a flat 6%, split evenly. Your first paid order as a buyer or seller has that side waived.
Free for everyone
- Post a service offer or a work request at no charge.
- Send quotes and apply to deliver work at no charge (free accounts: one open application at a time; Advanced: unlimited).
- No subscription is required to use the gigs marketplace.
Transaction fees (when work is booked)
- Flat 6% of the job price, split evenly: buyer 3% + seller 3%.
- First-time participants: if this is your first paid order as a buyer, the buyer fee is $0. If it is your first paid order as a seller, the seller fee is $0.
- From your second paid order onward in that role, the 3% fee applies.
- You see the exact split before you book or accept. Stripe pays sellers on its normal schedule.
Example: a $400.00 job
- Returning buyer and seller: buyer pays $412.00 (includes a $12.00 fee); seller receives $388.00.
- Both first-timers: buyer pays $400.00; seller receives $400.00 (no platform fees).
- Payment is held until the buyer approves, or 72 hours after delivery with no dispute, then released to the seller.
Optional Featured boost ($49 / 30 days)
- For $49, a live listing stays Featured at the top of search and on the homepage Featured Gigs section for 30 days.
- Publish free first. Feature only if you want more placement.
