About

I’m a mechanical engineer and coral restoration diver who loves working on and around the water. I graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 2025 and have spent this year as a Program Diving Intern with Coral Restoration Foundation in Key Largo, Florida. My work includes diving restoration sites, operating and maintaining small vessels, high pressure dive compressors and SCUBA equipment, and building and maintaining more than 500 marine restoration structures in our workshop. As lead field education intern, I organize and lead snorkel trips for students, coordinating boat operators, staff and interns to keep every trip safe and running smoothly. I also created a youth ROV program where students build underwater robots and deploy them from a boat. With a background as a lifeguard and swim coach, safety and teamwork come naturally to me. I’m looking for marine crew, research vessel or reef conservation roles where I can keep learning and contribute both my technical and people skills.
