Action Water Sports is looking to fill the position of Yard Operations Associate at our new Waterford location opening this spring. This role is essential to keeping our daily operations running smoothly by supporting the yard, sales, and service teams. Job Requirements: Maintain the overall appearance and organization of the yard, parking lot, showroom exterior, and storage areas Safely move and position boats using forklifts, trucks, and trailers Assist with loading and unloading boats for delivery, service, and display Prepare boats for customer delivery, including detailing and final presentation Support the sales team by staging boats and ensuring inventory is show-ready Assist with general property upkeep, including cleanliness and light maintenance Transport boats and equipment between locations as needed Jump in where needed to support daily operations across departments Technical and Physical Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to work safely around the water Ability to lift 50+ pounds Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions Experience operating forklifts, trucks, and trailers preferred (or willingness to learn) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Skills Qualifications: Consistently treats others with dignity and respect Genuinely serves others with humility and a positive attitude Always communicates effectively and courteously with fellow teammates and members Continuously follows policies and procedures while seeking out new and better ways of accomplishing duties Shows resolve and overcomes difficulties in a positive and productive manner Gladly provides responsive, and high level of service to our teammates and members Eagerly puts forth the extra effort to accomplish duties Adapts quickly and efficiently to changing priorities in order to meet teammate or member needs Apply Now
