Off The Hook Yachts is a fast-growing boat dealer and brokerage in Wilmington, NC.
We are hiring a Yacht Broker in Wilmington, NC. In this role you will guide customers through the boat buying experience, and contribute to our team’s quality and success.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Guide customers through the boat buying experience
- Prospect, follow up, and close sales
- Deliver demos and sea trials; coordinate delivery
- Maintain CRM records and hit sales targets
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Boat, vehicle, or relationship-sales experience
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Passion for boating and customer service
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
COMPENSATION
On-target earnings (base plus commission): $55,000 to $130,000/year, depending on performance.
