This role focuses on correcting surface defects on fiberglass hulls, decks, cabins, and small parts to ensure a high-quality final finish. Responsibilities include repairing and repainting fiberglass defects, sanding and smoothing surfaces, and using hand tools and power tools to achieve required finish standards. Work is performed under the close supervision of a leadman or supervisor in a production environment, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and attention to detail.
