The Detailer Technician is responsible for the final detailing, finishing, and protective care of Palm Beach Towers, both in the shop and on fully installed towers aboard yachts. This role includes cleaning, buffing, and polishing boat interiors and exteriors to ensure they meet delivery standards. Working with minimal supervision, the technician must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, craftsmanship, and care, as these towers are high-value components that require precise handling to prevent damage. This position regularly involves working at elevated heights while detailing towers already installed on vessels. The Detailer must be comfortable working above deck, maintaining safety while delivering high-quality finishing work. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and able to work independently after initial training. **Compensation: $17hr - $23hr**
