OVERVIEW
Harken, Inc. — the employee-owned (ESOP) leader in deck hardware, winches and hydraulics in Pewaukee, WI — is hiring a 2nd Shift Machining Supervisor I. Full-time, non-exempt; schedule is four 10-hour days, Mon–Thurs.
What you'll do:
• Supervise the mills and lathes department — day-to-day leadership, training, performance reviews and discipline
• Ensure production schedules and quality standards are met; perform and verify CNC setups on mills and lathes
• Read, interpret and troubleshoot G-code/M-code; support operators on tooling changes and process adjustments
• Mentor and evaluate operators, recommend tooling and fixtures, and coordinate across departments on second shift
What you'll bring:
• 5 years of machining experience and 1–2 years as a Lead or Supervisor (required)
• Strong independent CNC setup ability (mills and/or lathes) and solid grasp of machining principles, tooling and fixtures
• Proficiency reading G-code/M-code; comfort with Microsoft Office and shop math
• Ability to stand on concrete up to 4 hours and lift 50 lbs unassisted

COMPENSATION
Estimated market range $60,000 to $95,000/year (about $29 to $46/hour), depending on experience.
