Work Arrangement: Why Join Crowley: Responsibilities What You'll Do: Responsible for administering all facets in the Customer Care area by serving as a team lead and mentor to other team members Key Responsibilities: Partner with other departments in order to gain complete customer satisfaction (Pricing, Intermodal, A/R, Management and Operations). Provide a high level of customer care to all assigned accounts. Develop and implement metrics to gauge customer satisfaction and retention (surveys/audit logs for ISO requirements). Build long-term relationships with all accounts and recognize and implement process improvements. Resolve all escalated customer issues and provide management reporting related to Customer Care metrics. Provide data on regional alignment and competition. Ensure every task is done safely in accordance with Management Systems or business unit procedures with the objective of continuously improving our processes. Qualifications Education & Credentials: Associate's degree or job-related formal training after high school. Experience: 4+ years transportation experience in addition to 2 years previous supervisory experience. Booking, Customer Service, Traffic or Import/Export Documentation experience preferred. Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, Excel and SharePoint. Other: Bilingual (English/Spanish) may be required. Ability to drive and travel extensively by plane or car and work long hours when needed, including weekends, and comply with all work rules, including those pertaining to safety and health.
