Work Arrangement:Hybrid Responsibilities What You'll Do: Responsible for performing a broad range of complex accounting functions related to reconciliations, with lead responsibility for accounting records. Key Responsibilities: Performs daily reconciliation and posting of financial transactions to the general ledger. Reconciles customer transactions, performs research and takes corrective actions. Prepare monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations. Accounts Receivable and Payable analysis. Audit reconciliations to ensure accuracy, quality, and best practices. Cash Management daily reconciliations. Assure transactions are processed in the appropriate accounting period and in compliance with company standards. Assists with inventory reconciliations to assure accuracy and integrity of billing transactions. Analyzes and verifies consistency, completeness and accuracy of documents and initiates corrections as needed. Communicate professionally with internal and external customers. Assists in training as needed. Qualifications Education & Credentials: Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration with experience in finance and accounting. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven accounting experience, including balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger accounting, month-end close activities, and financial analysis. Experience with Blackline or EPM preferred.. Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PBI preferred, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Competencies: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to demonstrate effective customer service skills. Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines. Ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment. Ability to gather, interpret, report and use data and other information concerning assigned activities. Ability to function effectively with a variety of team members. Ability to prepare clear and concise documents, including but not limited to reports, procedural documents, correspondence, and other written materials.
