Work Arrangement: Why Join Crowley: Responsibilities What You'll Do: Responsible for managing equipment, documentation and terminal operations. Key Responsibilities: Complete tracking reports (tracking), coordinating with transport companies, dedicated and 3PL, coordinating security companies. Feeding the TMW system, printing and sending EIR’s, ATC, Arivus, F5300, etc., paying vendors, and closing orders. Follow up, answering emails related with status of shipments, calls related, border crossing, unforeseen situations. Assign containers from customer requests. Review and analyze the inventory to keep it updated. Generate reports for our TOP customers with the Crowley equipment inventory in their facilities . Qualifications Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in business, transportation or a related field; or a combination of post- high school and equal experience may be substituted for education. Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in the commercial trucking or maritime industry. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Access and Excel. Proficient in industry related transportation management systems. Other: Bilingual (English/Spanish). Working Conditions: Works both inside and office environment and outside in conditions of both high and low temperatures. May be exposed to odors, dust, dirt, mechanical hazards, high noise levels and potentially dangerous equipment. Must be able to crouch and stoop to get into areas with restricted headroom and be able to climb ladders. May require extended use of computer keyboard, viewing of computer monitor and ability to sit for long periods of time. What We Offer?
