YACHT: 50m New Build M/Y

PROGRAMME: Dual Season | Med & Caribbean

LEAVE: 60 days

START DATE: ASAP / Flexible (Between Now – Mid November)

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven Sole Chef experience onboard yachts of a similar size.
• Expertise across a broad range of cuisines, particularly Italian.
• Confident preparing both refined guest menus and varied, nutritious crew meals.
• Able to accommodate dietary requirements, allergies and individual preferences.
• Strong menu planning, provisioning, budgeting and stock management skills.
• Excellent food presentation and consistently high standards.
• Organised and comfortable managing the galley independently.
• Flexible, adaptable and calm under pressure.
• High standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and galley safety.
• Positive attitude, clear communication and a strong team ethic.
• Strong, verifiable references.
• B1B2 visa essential.
• Non-smoker.
• Small, discreet tattoos.
